Merry (late) Christmas!

The Christmas holiday has been so good for us. A much needed and appreciated break. We spent about 10 days in Oklahoma visiting family, then came home. Faith did really well being away from home. She quickly adjusted to having so many people around, and was hamming it up in no time. Some highlights from our visit were:
  • Faith celebrating her first Christmas!!! (of course :) )
  • Faith learning to clap with music and watching her jump in her jumperoo while Nate and Dan played their guitars
  • The girls seeing the Tulsa Ballet perform the Nutcracker
  • Beginning the Twilight series and seeing the movie (thanks Allison!)
  • The guys spending alot of time hunting and just being outdoors
  • Celebrating Al and Debbie's 34th Anniversary
  • Having fun at a Lia Sophia jewelry party hosted by Allison and Derrica
  • Debbie's cooking!

Faith with Uncle Raymond at church. She wasn't too sure about his beard, but she warmed up :)Faith's very first Christmas present from Wes, Carole and Clint. We let her open it a little bit early :) (mostly b/c mom isn't real patient). She was concentrating very hard on unwrapping, as you can see.

A jack-in-the-box! It's a soft "jack," so Faith loves to chew on it :)
The ladies having coffee and desert at Mi Mi's after the Nutcracker. We didn't exactly know that the desert would be so huge or we would have shared!

Our little family on Christmas day.Faith's new outfit from Uncle Dick and Aunt Pam. Thank you!
Woo Hoo! Thirty four years! We got to celebrate Al and Debbie's anniversary with them. The kids made this red velvet cake for them. Al made us all steaks over the fire. It was all delicious.

Faith chillin out with the guys in the basement.

Faith and G-ma up early

Derrica sells Lia Sophia jewelry, and Allison had a party at her apartment. We got to meet some of her friends and look at very pretty jewelry :) Here we are posing with alot of jewelry :)

Nate started back to school today with a teacher work day. We're praying the semester gets off to a strong start and that this half of the year isn't quite so stressful. I start my practicum on the 12th, so next week Faith and I are going up to Iowa for a few days to visit.

We hope you all had a joyful Christmas holiday too!
